This sign reads Welcome to our, then Unplugged ceremony in large berry lettering, with a request underneath: Please put away your phones and cameras. Our photographer has it covered, and we would love to see your faces. It prints on one A3 portrait sheet, 297 by 420 mm, inside a double border.

An unplugged ceremony asks guests to keep their phones in their pockets while the couple say their vows, so the photographer's pictures show faces rather than a row of screens, and everyone actually watches. The sign is the polite way to ask before anyone sits down. This version prints Welcome to our in a small line at the top, Unplugged ceremony as the main words over two lines in classic display lettering, and a short, friendly explanation underneath. Everything prints in berry inside a double border.
The sheet is A3 portrait, 297 by 420 mm, so it can stand on an easel at the door of the ceremony room and be read from the queue. It needs A3 paper; the footer says so. The longer line underneath wraps onto up to four lines in smaller lettering, so a full sentence fits without shrinking the main words. A print shop can enlarge the same PDF to A2 or A1 for a large easel without the lettering going blurred.
Change the line underneath to say what you mean. Some couples are happy for phones at the reception but not the vows: We would love you to be fully present for the next half hour. Others add a reason or a promise: Our photographer will share the pictures with everyone. Keep it short, warm and in your own voice. A small line at the top such as Welcome, friends or Before you sit down also works. Berry suits a winter or autumn wedding; for spring choose sage or navy.
Print at 100% on card and put the sign where people will see it before they find a seat: at the door, beside the order of service or at the end of the aisle. Ask the registrar or celebrant to repeat the request just before the ceremony starts; most guests forget a sign once they see the couple. Afterwards, the sign can stay up through the reception with the top line removed, or go into the wedding album.
