How do WallKiwi's free tools and downloads work?

Open a tool, enter your measurements or printable settings and preview the result. Calculations and previews work without signing in. Use a free linked account to save, download or print a free-tool result. Custom AI display packs are a separate creator flow with their own access and pricing.

How do I print a display at the intended size?

Check the PDF's intended paper size, choose matching paper in the print dialog and inspect the preview. Use actual size or 100% when the file requires it. Print one test sheet before the whole pack. Printer margins, paper orientation and automatic fit settings can change the final dimensions.

How do I save and reopen a tool result?

Sign in with your free account and use the tool's save action after checking the preview. Saved tool outputs retain the tool settings so you can reopen and adjust them. Keep a downloaded PDF when you also need an independent print copy. Saving a result and downloading a file are separate actions.

How do I make and check a custom display pack?

Choose the kind of display in the creator and describe the pieces you want, or start from a suitable image where that option is offered. Review the proposed design, check the text in the editable manifest and build the pack. Inspect the printed pieces and assembly guidance before putting the display up.

Can I use my Planit account on WallKiwi?

Planit and WallKiwi share an account system. Use the same sign-in method and account details on either site. You may need to sign in separately on each website. Each site has its own tools and public guides; check the access and pricing shown for the particular creator you want to use.

What should I include when asking WallKiwi for help?

Tell us which tool or pack you used, what you expected and what happened instead. Include the page address and any error message you saw. For a printing problem, add the paper size and scaling setting. These details let support follow the same steps and locate the relevant part of the flow.
