How it prints

Every tag prints at a fixed, true size, and every sheet is filled, so nothing is wasted. Luggage tags are 50 by 90 mm with clipped corners, 10 to a sheet; small tags are 40 by 70 mm, 12 to a sheet; round tags are 55 mm across, 15 to a sheet; and folded card tags print flat at 60 by 120 mm, 6 to a sheet, and fold in half to a 60 mm square. Each sheet states the size at the top so you can check it with a ruler. The hole is marked as a 6 mm circle, the size an ordinary hole punch makes, with a coloured ring round it.

The message is drawn as lettering shapes in the style you choose, as large as the tag allows, with an optional smaller second line beneath. To and From lines can be left blank for writing by hand, or filled with typed names, so a child's party bag tags can all say From Isla with a space for each guest's name. A folded tag carries the message on the front and To and From on the back, printed upside down so both read the right way once folded along the dotted line. Decorations are plain drawn shapes: a star, a heart, a holly sprig of two leaves and three berries, or a scalloped border inside the edge.
