This set prints ten table names, Bluebell to Wild rose, as folded tent cards in soft pastels with dark lettering and a coloured frame, and no number or heading. Each card is one portrait A4 sheet folded in half, 210 by 148 mm on each side and readable from both sides, so ten cards take ten sheets.

Naming tables instead of numbering them stops anyone feeling they have been put on table 12, and it gives the room a theme. This set uses ten British flowers: Bluebell, Cornflower, Foxglove, Honeysuckle, Lavender, Peony, Primrose, Snowdrop, Sweet pea and Wild rose. Each name is printed in large classic lettering in dark green, on a pale pastel card with a frame in a deeper shade of the same colour. The pastels run in turn, pale coral, pale yellow, pale green, pale blue and pale lilac, then round again, so neighbouring tables never match. There is no word above the name.
The cards are tents. Each prints on one portrait A4 sheet with the name on both halves, the top half upside down, and a dotted fold line across the middle. Folded, each side is 210 by 148 mm and the name reads the right way up from both sides of the table. Every name in the set prints at the same size, chosen so the longest, Honeysuckle, fits across the card, and a name that is too long for one line goes onto two.
Type your own names one per line, up to 40 tables. Couples choose places they have lived or travelled, their favourite films, songs, books, football grounds, mountains, or the streets they grew up on. Keep the names short if you can, because shorter names print larger. Type Table above each name if you want both, or switch to one colour if the pastels do not suit the room. Make sure the table plan spells every name exactly the same way.
Print at 100% on white card of 200 gsm or more so the pastel fills come out clean and the tents stand straight. Score each fold first. Put the matching flowers on each table if the season allows: a jam jar of sweet peas on Sweet pea is a detail guests remember. The table plan maker uses the same names, so the cards and the plan match.
