This set prints table numbers 1 to 12 at 102 by 152 mm, the 4 by 6 inch size of a standard photo frame, in navy with Table above each number and a short rule with a diamond. The cards print two to a landscape A4 sheet with shared cut lines, so twelve cards take six sheets.

Photo frames are the easiest table number holders there are: cheap, sturdy, easy to find in matching sets, and easy to reuse at home afterwards. The most common size is 4 by 6 inches, the standard photo print, and these cards are made to fit it exactly. Each card is 102 mm wide and 152 mm tall and prints Table in small classic lettering, a short navy rule with a diamond, and the number in large classic numerals underneath, inside a fine double frame. Everything is navy, which suits silver, gold, white and wooden frames alike.
The cards print two to a landscape A4 sheet, side by side with shared dashed cut lines, so one cut serves two cards. Twelve cards take six sheets. The design keeps 6 mm clear of every edge, because the lip of a photo frame hides about 4 mm round the picture, and nothing important should disappear behind it. Every number prints at the same size, and the sheet header states the size so you can check the first one with a ruler.
Change the first and last table to match your plan, up to 40 cards. If your frames are 5 by 7 inches or A5, choose the flat A5 card instead and trim it to fit; for frames smaller than 4 by 6, these cards will not fit. For a colour to match your wedding, choose sage, berry, gold or charcoal, or black and white printed on kraft or coloured card. Write the guests' names on the back of each card in pencil if you want a backup of the table plan.
Print at 100% on matt photo paper or card of around 200 gsm, which sits flat behind glass. Cut along the dashed lines with a craft knife and a metal ruler; a paper trimmer is quicker for a big set. Check the first card in a frame before you cut the rest. Clean the glass before the day, because fingerprints show under venue lighting, and put each frame in the middle of its table facing the door.
