This wedding drinks menu prints on one A4 portrait sheet in the light style: Drinks in gold classic lettering, With love from Amy and Joe beneath, and 9 drinks under four gold headings, Signature cocktails, Fizz, Wine, and Beer and soft drinks. There are no prices, so the menu is set centred, with what is in each cocktail written underneath.

At a wedding the bar menu is part of the decoration as much as a list, and the signature cocktails named after the couple are usually the most photographed sign in the room. This preset prints on one A4 portrait sheet in the light style, with a double gold frame. Drinks is lettered in gold classic capitals and lower case at the top, with With love from Amy and Joe in grey beneath and a small gold ornament rule. Four gold headings follow, each between fine rules. Signature cocktails has The Amy, elderflower, gin, cucumber and tonic, and The Joe, bourbon, ginger ale and a twist of orange. Fizz has prosecco by the glass and an alcohol-free sparkling elderflower. Wine has a house white, a house red and a rosé, each with the grape underneath. Beer and soft drinks lists bottled lager and pale ale, and orange juice, cola and lemonade. That is nine drinks, and since none has a price, the whole menu is set centred.

Type your own names and drinks. Name the cocktails after the couple, the dog, the place you met or the first holiday. If the bar is a pay bar, add prices as = £6.50 and the menu switches to dotted leaders and prices on the right. Gold prints as a warm mustard tone, not metallic; for metallic lettering, choose black and white and print onto gold or silver card.

Talk to the venue or the mobile bar before you print: names, measures and what is free change late. Always list an alcohol-free option near the top, and say which drinks contain nuts or dairy if any do. A second copy at the end of the bar stops a queue forming in front of one sign.

Print on ivory or white card, or choose A3 for an easel by the bar. The light board uses very little ink. Display it in a gold frame, on an easel, or clipped to a small wooden stand, and keep a spare in the venue kit in case of spills.
