How do I print a display at the intended size?

Check the PDF's intended paper size, choose matching paper in the print dialog and inspect the preview. Use actual size or 100% when the file requires it. Print one test sheet before the whole pack. Printer margins, paper orientation and automatic fit settings can change the final dimensions.

Check paper and orientation

Open the exported PDF and check the page size before printing. Select the matching paper size and orientation in your printer settings. A print preview that crops the edge or shrinks the page is a reason to stop and check the settings. Your printer's printable area can be smaller than the physical sheet.

Test before printing the pack

Print a single page at the intended scaling. Measure a feature whose size you know, or compare the printed piece with its planned position on the board. If it is too small or the edge is missing, review scaling and margins before using more paper. Keep any pack assembly guide beside the printouts.

Calculation notes are not cutting templates

Practical tool PDFs show measurements and sometimes a schematic. That drawing is not life-size. Use the numeric results to mark the real materials; do not cut around the sketch. The bleed and margin checker compares dimensions but does not add bleed to an existing file.
